Terms of service
These terms apply when you use AI Dance Generators. By creating an account or making a video, you agree to them and to the content policy.

Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You need an account to upload a photo and make a video.
Credits and purchases
A video made from a dance template costs 1 credit. A video made from your own dance clip costs 1 credit for every started 10 seconds of the clip: up to 10 seconds is 1 credit, up to 20 seconds is 2, up to 30 seconds is 3. The credits are shown before the video starts.
Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew. Credits from packs do not expire.
New accounts get 1 free video credit, which expires 7 days after sign-up. One free credit is given per person; accounts created to collect it again can be refused or closed.
The credits for a video are reserved when it starts. If the video fails or is blocked, they go back to your balance automatically.
Refunds and cancellation
Within 14 days of buying a pack, you can ask for a refund of the credits from that pack you have not used. Email support@aidancegenerators.com from the address on your account with the subject "Refund" and your order details.
If no credits from the pack were used, you get the full price back. If some were used, you get back the share of the price for the unused credits, and those credits are removed from your balance. Credits already used for videos, and the free sign-up credit, are not refunded.
Refunds go back to the original payment method through the checkout provider. Packs are one-time purchases, so there is no subscription to cancel.
Your photos and permission
You may only upload a photo of yourself, your pet, your child, or someone who agreed to it. A photo of a child under 18 needs the consent of a parent or guardian. You confirm this each time you make a video.
You may only upload a dance clip you filmed or have permission to use. You confirm this each time you make a video from a clip you upload.
You keep responsibility for the photos and clips you upload and for having the rights to use them. We do not claim ownership of your photos or your videos.
Your videos
You can download your videos while they are kept and use them outside the service, subject to the law, these terms and the rights of anyone shown in them. The dance templates come from third-party sources and may include their original music; you are responsible for how you publish the result.
A video made from your own dance clip keeps the clip's sound. You are responsible for having the rights to that sound and music where you publish the video.
Results and availability
AI video results vary. A video can come out differently from the template, take longer than usual, or fail. A failed video gives its credit back, as described above.
AI Dance Generators is an independent service. Names of models or providers describe technical integrations and do not mean those companies endorse this service.
We may change or remove dances, features or limits. When these terms change, the date above changes too.
Ending use
We may refuse a photo, stop a video, or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the content policy.
