Pricing questions

What does one credit buy?
One video from any dance template. A video from a dance clip you upload costs 1 credit for every started 10 seconds: up to 10 seconds is 1 credit, up to 20 seconds is 2, up to 30 seconds is 3. You see the credits before the video starts.
Do credits expire?
Credits from packs never expire. The free credit for new accounts expires 7 days after sign-up.
What happens if a video fails?
The credits go back to your balance automatically, also when a safety check blocks the video.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days of buying a pack, you can ask for a refund of the credits from that pack you have not used. The free sign-up credit is not refunded. The terms of service explain how.
Is there a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel. New accounts get 1 free video to try it first.
