Content policy
These rules apply to every photo and dance clip you upload and every video you make. They protect the people in the photos, rights holders and the service.
Last updated October 31, 2026
Photos you can use
Upload a photo only if it shows you, your pet, your child, or someone who agreed to it. A photo of a child needs the consent of a parent or guardian.
Upload a dance clip only if you filmed it or have permission to use it. Your video keeps the clip's sound, so make sure you can use its music where you post.
Not allowed
Do not upload a photo or make a video that involves any of the following:
- Nudity, sexual or sexually suggestive content, or any sexualized depiction of a minor.
- A real person who did not agree to it, or a video meant to deceive people about who someone is or what they did.
- Violence, gore, hate, harassment or threats.
- Photos or clips you do not have the right to use, including other people's copyrighted images or videos.
How we check content
Every photo, and a frame from every dance clip, goes through an automatic image safety check before it can be used. The video provider applies its own safety checks and can also block a video. A blocked video does not use your credits.
Report a video or photo
Email support@aidancegenerators.com with the subject "Safety report". Include what you saw, the page or video involved, and why it breaks this policy. Reports involving a child are reviewed first.
Dance template takedowns
Dance templates come from publicly available clips. If you own the rights to a template's video or music, or you appear in it, and want it removed, email support@aidancegenerators.com with the subject "Template takedown" and include the dance page link. When we take a template down, its page and the option to use it are removed from the site.
