- Are the extra credits different from normal credits?
- No. They work the same way and never expire. Each dance template costs 1 credit, and a clip you upload costs 1 credit for every started 10 seconds. If a video fails, the credits come back.
- Can I get a refund on a Black Friday pack?
- Yes, within 14 days of buying, for the credits from that pack you have not used. Each credit is worth the pack price divided by all the credits in the pack, including the extra ones.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. Each pack is a one-time payment, so there is nothing to cancel.
