Privacy policy
This policy explains what AI Dance Generators needs to turn your photo into a dance video, who processes it, how long it is kept, and how to delete it.

What we handle
Account information: the identity and session details needed to sign you in.
Your photo: the image you crop and upload, together with the dance you picked. The photo is cropped to 9:16 in your browser before it is uploaded.
Your dance clip: if you choose Your own dance, the MP4 or MOV video you upload as the dance to copy.
Your videos: the generated video, its status, and the records needed to price, run, deliver and troubleshoot it.
Billing information: orders, credit balances and credit history. Card details are entered on the checkout provider's page, not on this site.
How your photo is used
Your photo is used only to make the video you asked for. It is checked by an automatic image safety service before it can be used. It is then sent, together with the dance template, to kie.ai, which runs the Kling motion model that produces the video.
For scene dances, such as the Christmas dances, kie.ai first runs an image model (Google's Nano Banana 2) that places you into the first frame of the dance, so the video shows the dance's setting. That combined picture is stored with your video, is never shown publicly and is deleted on the same schedule as your photo.
If you upload your own dance clip, it is handled the same way: a frame from it is checked by the automatic image safety service, and the clip is sent to kie.ai together with your photo. It is used only for that one video.
We do not publish your photo or your dance clip, and we do not show anything in a public gallery. Your videos can only be opened from your signed-in account unless you turn on a share link for one of them, as described under Your choices. The model provider receives short-lived links rather than permanent ones.
If you send a photo from your phone by scanning the code on the video maker, the photo goes from your phone to our storage and is picked up once by the computer that showed the code. Your phone usually shrinks it and saves it as a JPEG first. The code only accepts a photo for 10 minutes. The photo is deleted from that relay as soon as the computer receives it, and a photo that is never picked up is deleted within 2 hours. After that it is handled like any photo you choose on the computer.
If you sign in or buy credits in the middle of making a video, your cropped photo, and your dance clip if you chose one, are kept in your own browser for up to 60 minutes so you can continue where you left off. It is removed when you come back. After that time it is no longer used, and it is removed the next time you open the video maker.
How long we keep media
A photo you upload but never use for a video is deleted within 24 hours.
When a video is made successfully, the photo and the video are kept for 30 days from completion. Watching or downloading the video does not extend that period, so download anything you want to keep. Sharing a video does not extend that period either.
Photos from videos that fail or are blocked by the safety check are kept for up to 7 days for safety review and troubleshooting, then deleted.
Dance clips you upload are kept and deleted on the same schedule as photos.
After media is deleted we keep only the minimum non-media records needed for billing, security and legal purposes.
Service providers
We use service providers for hosting and storage, sign-in, payments, image safety checks and video generation. kie.ai processes the photo and the dance template or your dance clip to make each video, and for scene dances also runs the image model that places you into the dance's scene. The checkout provider shown before purchase processes payments. Each provider receives only what it needs for its part of the service.
Your choices
You can download your videos from My videos while they are kept, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data.
You can turn on a share link for a finished video in My videos. Anyone with the link can watch that video without signing in until you stop sharing, delete the video, delete your account, or the video reaches the end of its 30 days. The share page shows the video, the name of the dance if you used one of ours, and the date the link ends. It does not show your name, your email or the photo you uploaded. We ask search engines not to list share pages, but anyone you give the link to can pass it on.
When you stop sharing, the share page stops working right away. Copies of the video file that were already loaded can stay in browser and network caches for up to 5 minutes. Turning sharing on again makes a new link; the old one stays off.
